Emerald ripples

Beneath wreaths of gold-rust red

Mem’ries of summer

  1. everything about this gives me chills….not bad chills but, maybe more like a frisson of changing seasons and unique beauties. Everytime I think I’ve read your best, you come up with another.

    • If you find these quaint little words so, I wish you could come with me on a walk around the castle, down the riverside, and through reeds to see the real beauty of Aizu.

      m(_ _)m

      • I think a walk with someone who truly loves an area is one of the best things to do. I’ve not been to that part of japan and always regretted not seeing more when I had the chance. and you truly love where you are. and you are a bright mirror.
